If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving the item

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned with the original packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged.
